About me

I’ve been a Pilates instructor for over seven years. I came to Pilates after years of having low back pain. I learned that the body is interconnected in ways I’d never considered - low back pain is often seen in people with a weaker core! My personal discovery inspired a passion to educate others on the benefits of Pilates.

Before opening my private home studio I worked at a large corporate gym which gave me the opportunity to work with a large demographic of clients with a wide variety of abilities.

My engineering background allows me to teach my clients with a focus on the principles of Pilates while troubleshooting any physical limitations they may have. My training in RPR (Reflexive Performance Reset) gives me some additional tools to bring to sessions when needed.

I have experience teaching able-bodied healthy individuals as well as people with a broad variety of physical injuries: from neck and shoulders all the way down to toes, with every joint in between. I also have experience working with pregnant and postpartum clients.

My studio includes a reformer, tower, and chair for all fundamental Pilates exercises along with plenty of additional gadgets and gizmos. My dogs enjoy making appearances in my Pilates studio for moral support as well!
